They have a lot of choices in their buffet menu, but I feel like their a la carte tasted better. If you pay in cash they give you a discount. The staff is also very nice. They also have some sodas and desserts included in their buffet menu. ”

“ 8/7/24 Himalayan Kitchen 820 E El Camino Real Ste C Mountain View, CA 94040 We tried this for lunch on a Wednesday. It's in a setback strip mall so there's lots of parking in front. They offer a lunch buffet and I asked if they had Naan which was brought to our table after we filled our plates. The interior is a cozy table setup and was fairly full while we were there. The buffet choices had many standard offerings like Tandoori Chicken and they had my favorite, Goat Curry. The bone in goat was very meaty and the gravy was not very spicy. Overall the flavor of the food was on the mild but tasty side. Service was helpful and good. I paid with cash at the counter and got a discount. It's a good value and repeatable. ”
“ Big. Bang. For. Your. Buck! This massive dosa I got from Himalayan Kitchen was only $9 and it made me (a pretty big eater) quite full! I can't think of the last time I've ever spent less than $10 at a restaurant and left me satisfied the way this amazing Madras Masala Dosa did. The service and ambiance was also on point as the servers attended to my every need. I am 100% coming back here to try out their Himalayan Special Tandoori. Everybody driving by the Mountain View and Sunnyvale area must give this place a try, you will not regret it! ”
